The candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team and gain exposure to various aspects of consumer business operations.In this role you will:Coordinate and manage projects related to compensation, employee data taxonomy, and headcount planning within the Sales Organization.Analyze data and provide recommendations to support planning processes and in-year requests.Support implementation of headcount and analyze alignment with the new operating model.Facilitate the awards payout process and ensure accuracy and alignment of role excellence materials.Benefits and Perks

10+ years of experience in related fields.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups, with at least 10 years of experience.Incentive compensation knowledge with a minimum of 4 years of experience.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with at least 5 years of experience.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and effectively communicate with business partners.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data management principles and tools.
