Customer Service, Sales, and Delivery:

Establish productive, professional relationships with new and existing customers. Call on potential new customers to build relationships.Complete sales transactions with new and existing customers to grow territory and increase sales and profit.Set and monitor customer routes for customer satisfaction and retention of customer base.Safely deliver customer products and monitor for safety, customer satisfaction, and increased sales and profit.Set customer pricing and monitor it for competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and increased sales and profit.Establish sales targets and commission percentages for Route Sales to increase sales and profit of new and existing products.Manage and monitor all bid processes for branch.Product, Equipment, and Service:

Provide hands-on technical support to solve customer problems and achieve customer satisfaction leading to retention of customer base.Install and service customer equipment to achieve customer satisfaction leading to retention of customer base.Complete inventory control procedures to maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in the system.Vehicle/Truck Operations:

Load and secure truck according to DOT standards. Operate/drive truck according to DOT standards.Maintain vehicle and sales equipment to ensure timely and safe delivery of customer products, achieving customer satisfaction and retention of customer base.Staff Management:

Train staff in the installation and service of new and existing equipment to achieve customer satisfaction and increase sales and profit of new and existing products.Implement sales techniques, customer service, safety, DOT, vehicle, and operational compliance, and product handling and compatibility.Maintain appropriate staff levels needed to achieve sales targets for the branch location.Hold regular performance reviews/discussions with staff to improve/manage job performance, creating knowledgeable, engaged, and productive employees.Hold monthly staff meetings to review sales targets, policy changes, and safety training.Manage branch costs and expenses to decrease operational expenses.Maintain appropriate levels of inventory to meet customer needs.For full information, follow the application link.
