The ProgramManager - Baseline Change Manager willsupport the management and contractual day to day activities of the programunder the supervision of the program manager or program director. This ProgramManager - Baseline Change Manager scope of work includes various contractmanagement activities and facilitates program execution. Tasks may include planning,tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management,documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, deliverables, and cashcollection. It may also include support for proposal development andcollaboration with procurement for material orders and expediting in support ofdelivery execution. This role reports to the Customer Business Team Director.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer driven changesReview Purchase Orders, ensure accurate and timely Sales Order creation and drive compliance with order acceptance timing requirementsSupport contractual actions in LEAPSupport Program ReviewsNegotiation support, Fee assertionIntra-company work effortsCustomer monthly funds status reportingRisk and opportunity managementEAC / EVMS variance analysisCoordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as requiredManage SDRLS/CDRLS creation and submissionDrive BOM-level LOB verifications to drive material procurement for on-time deliveryManage quality and delivery documentation to facilitate delivery (e.g. TVAs, MRBs, CofCs, etc)Drive IPDS process complianceManage execution of Action RegistersSupport capacity analysesExecute the Management Operating System and support/host Customer telecons

Compensation:

The annual base salaryrange for this position in California and New York (excluding most majormetropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $136,000 -$165,000. For Washington and most majormetropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary rangeis $136,000 - $165,000. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

5 years of Government Contract, Program Management Experience, or Integrated Supply Chain rolesExtensive experience with FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
