Customer Success Manager (CSM)The Customer Success Manager (CSM) for App XChange at Trimble Integrations is expected to apply expert knowledge of App XChange solutions and their impact to our customer base. A successful CSM at Trimble Integrations will work across departments to deliver proactive support to our customer base. This includes product knowledge, upselling, and renewals.Characteristics

Be the primary contact and advocate for our App XChange customers.Develop relationships and communicate regularly with key external decision-makers including C-Suite executives.Perform monthly/quarterly QBR meetings with App Xchange customer stakeholders.Help to drive App Xchange customer satisfaction and ensure they are finding success with the platform.Responsible for indirect App Xchange new logo and upsell quota. Will be required to deploy sales enablement materials and collaborate with App Xchange customers’ sales teams to drive new sale and upsell revenue via Data XChange subscriptions.Support App Xchange customers by helping to train partners’ sales teams, support partners’ sales processes, and help partners to execute marketing activities to help generate leads for them.Communicate with strategic partners and internal RYVIT teams in a clear, proactive, direct manner at all times. This will include ensuring that you get agreement with them on plans/timelines/expectations and having tough conversations as needed.Bonus Points For

Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, Spectrum by Viewpoint or Vista by Viewpoint.Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle including accounting practices and project management.Required Education And Experience

BA/BS degree, preferred.Previous account management and/or project management experience.Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.Experience in selling products to current customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business.Experience and success working directly with customers.Pay Equity
