ServiceNow Project ManagerBaltimore, MD HybridMUST:Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearanceExperienced ServiceNow Project Manager10+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager developing customer project plans that are in line with SOWs terms and customer objectives5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Project Manager3 years of experience managing the overall project relationship; identify and develop new opportunities with customers, support early qualification and communicate those back to the ServiceNow Developers3 years of experience documenting key ServiceNow operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project managementAbility to manage multiple ServiceNow Development initiativesGood understanding of Agile software development practicesExperience with using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and CAM modules requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skillsExcellent Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint proficiencyExcellent research skills and the ability to manage detailsIn depth understanding of project management approach covering waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologiesServiceNow Certification requiredPrevious Government experience requiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related fieldDUTIES:Work in tandem with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Engineer in planning the architecture, development and implementation in the ServiceNow platformSchedule and facilitate all customer technical discussions/design/development meetings and provide inputs to further enhance the solution or approachProvide guidance/support to the ServiceNow Developers assigned to the projectEnsure all agreed timelines and deliverable milestones are clearly communicated and successfully metProvide guidance and in utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities of ServiceNowInterface with selected ServiceNow Partners to promote and support joint ServiceNow services and initiativesBuild New System FunctionalityDesign and Implement an ATO Management ProcessDesign and Implement Risk and POAM Oversight/ManagementPrepare Training and DocumentationDefine and Establishing Change Management Process
