The Support Staff Lead will be accountable for ensuring that the inside/outside daily operations of the Kirkwood Children's Ski and Snowboard School are running smoothly and efficiently.Job Specifications:

This is accomplished by the following:Assigning daily responsibilities of staffScheduling of staffFood ordering for daily lunches and snacksDelivering training and coaching to the staffThe support staff team is required to:Check in/out childrenMagic carpet assistanceLunch routinesOverseeing staff assisting with children's bathroom breaksDeliver a high level of guest service to children, parents and other resort guestsSupervision of staff overseeing childrenOther duties as assignedJob Requirements:

Resume & Children supervisory experience - requiredDirecting work of others– requiredOrganizational skills– requiredMust be 18 years of age or older – requiredPrevious experience in a leadership role - requiredPrevious guest service experience - requiredAbility to work weekends and holidays - requiredAbility to commit to working through to the end of the winter season (mid-April 2025) - requiredAbility to work directly with young children and a minimum of 3 years previous experience with children - highly preferredAbility to work outside in adverse weather conditions - requiredAbility to stand for long periods - requiredSuccessful completion of the Background check – requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel – requiredAbility to acquire working knowledge of new software systems quickly - requiredAbility to communicate in Spanish - preferredKnowledge of skiing/snowboarding equipment - preferredThe expected pay range is $23.00- $25.00.
