Young Chevrolet is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Vehicles Sales Representatives to help grow the book of business. We are looking for talented team players with a high level of integrity and strong communication skills.

Work functions include but are not limited to:
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or guidance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales area. The Sales Representative accompanies customers on test drives, builds rapport, and conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Pursues prospective customers, promotes valid sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business, resulting in customer satisfaction.
Discovers and clarifies vehicles' characteristics, capabilities, and features; and offers comparable and/or competitively priced sales options to potential customers. The Sales Representative is constantly updated on new products and services within the industry.
Submits customer sales documentation to the Finance & Insurance Manager, along with proper paperwork (insurance information, trade title, etc.). The Sales Representative provides complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with the dealership regulations.
Attends product and sales training programs as requested by Sales Manager.
Meets monthly and quarterly sales objectives set by the Sales Management Team. The Sales Representative sells and produces a minimum number of vehicles per month.
Employee Prerequisites:
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Basic computer operating knowledge
Knowledge of Automotive CRM software is a bonus
Ability to calculate figures and sums. Accuracy in implementing concepts of basic mathematics
Ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
