This position is responsible for managing online sales and marketing initiatives, with primary responsibility for qualifying and managing leads and customer requests for new homes.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to all email, phone, and chat leads immediatelyQualify each lead based on needsProvide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales AgentsProvide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each communityWork with each lead to determine the best community and floor planTrack and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratiosAdditional responsibilities as neededSCOPE:Decision Impact: IndividualDepartment Responsibility: NoneBudgetary Responsibility: NoDirect Reports: NoIndirect Reports: NoMinimum Degree in Marketing, Business or related fieldReal Estate license may be required for certain states.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales.Proven email and phone communication skillsCustomer-focused and personableSolid organizational and planning skillsMaintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervisionAbility to multi-task and manage time wellMust be able to learn and follow proven sales processExperience in home building industry a plus.COMPENSATION RANGE:$20.96 - $26.20 per hourHired applicant will be eligible to receive appointment & closing incentives
