This is our flagship offering - Honeywell Forge.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead Offering Manager to oversee HCE Digital Services – Industrial Automation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products and features, from concept to market delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading NPI programs, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Location:

20% domestic and globalIdeal Candidate Experience:7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on leading NPI initiatives.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI initiatives.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.Key Responsibilities:NPI Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities for the design, development and monetization of AI-powered solutions tailored for aftermarket services in the industrial world.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the Digital Services initiatives forward.Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.Product Roadmap Development:
Develop product roadmaps for HCE Connectivity & Digital Services vision and roadmap initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor key performance metrics for the Digital Services initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.Innovation and Future Planning:
Drive innovation within the Digital Services process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs.YOU MUST HAVE:Minimum of 7 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.Strong understanding of Master Data Management.WE VALUE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Experience in a global organization.Experience in market research and analysis.Strong leadership and project management skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.Additional Information
