Furniture and Mattress Sales Consultant Location: CA-San Luis Obispo-93401

Idles Home in San Luis Obispo is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team! As a Furniture and Mattress Sales Consultant on our Comfort Center team, you will be the face of the company, working with all customer questions about the product and services. It will be your role to keep customers happy, complete the sales and delivery process and constantly expand your knowledge on new company products and services. You will build customer rapport and retain customers through excellent customer service. Finally, you will be responsible for the store floor managing the displays, products, and tidiness of the store floor.Responsibilities:Greet customers, answer questions, engage customers with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.Guide customers to merchandise and purchases within the store.Organize and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the store floor.Demonstrate strong product knowledge.Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.Build customer relationships.Qualifications:Proven success in sales.Professional appearance.Personable and friendly attitude.Ability to work in fast-paced environments.Understanding of sales principles.Compensation includes pay, commissions, and spiffs.Growth and career advancement opportunities.PTO, 401k, discounts on merchandise, and more!Compensation:
