Greenville SCWhat You Will Be DoingAs the Backshops Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team across multiple technical areas to ensure top-tier safety, quality, cost management, and schedule performance within your assigned fabrication areas. You will cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, driving exceptional results and building strong partnerships with customers. In this role, you'll oversee critical functions including hydraulics, chemical conversion processes, composites, electrical harnesses, and batteries, making sure your team is well-prepared and proficient in each area. Learn more here: Global DEI.Basic Qualifications:5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, planning and material requirements.Experience with quick-turn, critical path component repairs and fabrications.Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.Experience supporting multiple customers with competing priorities.Desired Skills:Experience with fighter and transport aircraft. SAP experience. Experience in one or more of the following fields:CompositesElectrical Harnesses & BatteryHydraulicsWheel & TireAircraft Flight Control OverhaulChemical Conversion ProcessesExperience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.Clearance Level:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:
