OverviewLead Warehouse Technician

Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pmPosition Summary:Primary responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse activity, inventory and maintenance of building, grounds and warehouse. Will work with the delivery, installation, collection and service teams to ensure equipment is properly moved in and out of the warehouse and customer accounts.Key Job Responsibilities:Ensure on-time deliveries, moves and removals through proper schedulingCoordinate deliveries, moves and removals with sales, customers and contractors, acting as primary contactSchedule and coordinate warehouse shipping and receivingProcess warehouse transactions in proper systems (ie. Receipts and transfers)Maintain inventory of machines, accessories, etc.Conduct monthly inventory checks and perform full quarterly inventoryOversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery trucksProvide direction for warehouse workers and temporary helpServe as coordinator with Install team for smooth install preparation and return of equipmentOrder and process all parts through the Company parts fulfillment programStock parts in a timely and organized mannerDistribute parts to Service Technician; includes stocking and/or shippingTrack inventoryMaintain the parts/stock room in a clean and organized mannerReconcile and prepare payment request of invoices for partsEnsure that all work is conducted in a safe manner, comply with government safety regulations and company safety policyOther duties assigned

What we’re looking forValid Driver's LicenseAbility to pass pre-employment screeningHigh School Diploma or equivalent; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong oral and written communicationsAbility to read, interpret and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employeesExcellent Customer Service skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsComputer and smart phone skillsMaintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordEfficient record keeping skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environmentMaintain valid forklift certification per local government regulation and company policyExperience with power and hand toolsSpecific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipmentMust be able to lift up to 35-100 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers and/or dryers and/or air machinesAbility to walk numerous levels of stairsAbility to maneuver in restrictive areas; often squatting, kneeling, crawling and reaching overhead, while lifting, holding and maneuvering tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs.CSC ServiceWorks is an equal opportunity employer.
