Job DescriptionCustomer relationsDevelops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.Enquires whether guests are satisfied throughout their experienceTakes into account and anticipates guest needsConveys the hotel imageProfessional techniques / ProductionDetermines the best organisation (production, distribution, storage etc) according to existing infrastructure and equipmentSupervises stock rotations for soft and alcoholic drinks and catering supplies, and identifies any needsSupervises and checks the bar, restaurant, menu, presentationIs responsible for applying the reference standards and audit procedures as defined by the hotel and brandCoordinates with the departments close to the F&B department (front office, reservation etc)Guarantees that equipment is kept clean and well maintained, in line with hygiene regulationsEnsures equipment remains in good condition and signals any needs for technical interventionEnsures compliance with legislation governing the sale of beveragesTeam management/ Talent & CultureContributes to guests satisfaction by providing high quality services with a warm and friendly approach.Develops employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a good working atmosphereIntegrates and trains employees, providing support for skills developmentEnsures that employees are well presented (uniforms, personal hygiene etc)Helps employees improve their skills and provides support.Commercial / SalesIs familiar with all the hotel's services and promotes them to encourage guest loyaltyRespects requests from the Sales Department and fulfills the customer promiseIncreases sales through innovative and creative approaches and reliable advicePromotes the special offers and full range of productsManagement and administrationManages the products available for guestsKeeps the loss and breakage of equipment to a minimum and keeps the superior informedKeeps an inventory of equipment and tracks items coming in and out in coordination with the Assistant General Manager.Hygiene / Personal safety / EnvironmentEnsures that the workplace remains clean and tidyKnows and ensures application of the hotel's security regulations (in case of fire etc)Ensures the safety of people and property in the hotelRespects the hotel's commitments to the "Environmental Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).

QualificationsPrevious experience in a supervisory role.Previous customer service experience.Ability to work under pressure.Salary expectations: £12.70 - £13.20 per hour.
