Lead Mitigation Technician/Supervisor.
This position will be essential in guiding others to ensure that our projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.Responsibilities include:Leading and supervising technicians on various projects.Coordinating and overseeing property damage claims, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.Ensuring that safety procedures are strictly followed and that the work environment is set up correctly.Providing hands-on assistance with protecting damaged areas, removing water, cleaning buildings, and general demolition and clean-up tasks.Qualifications:Previous experience in the restoration industry (with mold remediation a plus).IICRC certifications in WRT and ASD or ability to obtain within six months of hire.Ability to motivate and lead personnel.High School Diploma.Valid driver’s license.Pass a background check and drug screening test.Must be able to participate in on-call rotations and work nonstandard hours for emergencies.Wolgast Corporation is Employee-Owned and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
