Territory Sales Representative - Building Enclosure Systems - Total Compensation to 200k/year - Dallas, TXOur client is a fast-growing provider of engineered insulation and building enclosure systems. Their flagship product is a thermal Composite Metal Hybrid sub framing system that increases energy efficiency for the construction industry. They pride themselves on their innovative solutions and educational-based selling.The Territory Sales Representative is a crucial player in the North TX territory, responsible for traveling throughout Dallas / Ft Worth and the surrounding region to educate customers and fulfill high value orders. This role requires a solid network established with commercial installers, as sales will be directed towards Architects, GCs, Specification Writers, and other commercial building professionals.

Experience with extensive experience in the building envelope industry (cladding, cladding attachments), or experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing product manufacturers is critical to success in this position.Responsibilities:Meet and exceed sales quotas provided by the organization.Travel throughout Dallas / Ft Worth and North Texas, presenting to customers and potential customers’ influencers to secure business.Evaluate area performance against established objectives/guidelines (sales forecast, budget, number of new accounts, etc.) and take appropriate action to improve performance.Provide multiple in-person and virtual Power Point presentations weekly (training will be provided).Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established objectives.Own the sales process from project design to project completion.Ability to travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel to support customer needs.Provide accurate forecast of sales on a timely basis.Assist in establishing sales objectives for the area.Assist in developing an area coverage plan, defining the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.Provide timely reporting of activities in the field and special reporting to assist in business and product planning.Maintain daily sales activity in the CRM system, HubSpot.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.10+ years of experience in the building envelope industry (cladding, cladding attachments). Experience at a commercial roofing or waterproofing product manufacturer may also be applicable.Must have experience reading construction drawings and specifications.Has a solid network established with commercial installers.Experience interacting with and influencing Architects and Engineers.Compensation:Total compensation includes a base salary in the 80k - 100k/year range, plus high commission potential (4% of sales) putting estimated 1st year OTE in the 150k - 200k/year range.Medical Benefits program including dental and vision insurance.PTO.401k with match.Car allowance (650/month).Expense reimbursement.
