A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES - ESTIMATION SPECIALIST
Our Sales - Estimation Specialist is responsible for promoting the growth and success of our company as you learn and develop in your knowledge and expertise of the industry to better serve our clients' painting needs. Your go-getter personality creates endless growth possibilities as you develop your skills as an estimator. You enjoy interacting with clients, finding leads, and providing accurate estimations. Further, when needed, you handle any concerns or issues with composure and flexibility to adapt to meet customer needs. Ultimately, we rely on you to help extend our reach to more customers and grow our company through increased revenue!
QUALIFICATIONS
Technologically proficient and able to efficiently use state-of-the-art software
Self-motivated and teachable
Industry knowledge or a college degree is a plus, but we are willing and have successfully trained the right candidate in under 4 weeks' time!
Must possess consultative sales approach, good listening and questioning skills, superior relationship building skills, well organized, sell value, and use CRM software. Excellent written and presentation skills are paramount.
