12 Months extendable up to 18 monthsLooking for W2 candidatesRequired Qualifications:Ability to evaluate Business Requirement Documents and Rule Requirements to identify data needsUnderstanding of the Software Development LifecycleAnalyze and document detailed source to target data element requirementsExperience performing end-to-end data validation and testingDemonstrated understanding of XML and strong experience using XML viewers such as Altova XML SpyExperience performing complex data research and analysisExperience with data architecture and various forms of data managementUnderstanding of data flow concepts and data mappingExperience defining and executing testing scriptsFacilitate data requirement gathering sessionsExperience with developing queries (SAS, SQL) via database toolsExperience with Rule Based Systems is a plusMortgage Origination Industry knowledgeKnowledge of Cobrra/Argent is a plus2+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of bothIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsExperience to define data requirements, document data flows and translations, recommend data testing strategies, create data testing scenarios (Unit, IST, UAT) and perform data testing for source to target dataExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
