Coaching and mentoring the operations team to meet the strategic goals of the company while engaging employees in continuous improvement TMOS (Management Operating System) and fostering a positive work environment while developing a culture of ownership and accountability.Scope: Manages a staff of 7-8 Salaried employees with overall responsibility for approximately 100 hourly manufacturing employees.Establishes clear goals and accountability to direct reports and provides performance feedback on a regular basis.Ongoing mentoring of the team through regular performance reviews and developmental activities to ensure movement toward a high performance/high engagement organization using metrics and scorecards.Collaborate with the team of SMEs to best utilize resources to deliver against business and regulatory requirements in the areas of cost, financial controls, quality, safety, and business initiatives.Educate how to interpret and analyze available data (line speed target, set-up guidelines, and efficiency and process data) to continuously improve productivity, uptime, and reliability.Ensure clear and concise communication to all levels in the organization while being an advocate for your team.Perform other duties as assigned.Important Details:
