Our team is dedicated to turning visionary hospitality concepts into reality through expert project management and superior craftsmanship.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee ground-up construction projects within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospitality builds from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of hospitality ground-up construction projects, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and forecasts to senior management and clients.Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and support staff.Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on hospitality ground-up construction.Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale hospitality projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).PMP or similar certification is preferred.What We Offer:
