LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Product Owner who will help lead a portfolio of products that contribute to the Risk and Compliance organization’s ongoing Digital Transformation and modernization efforts. The Product Owner helps bring purpose to the Scrum Team and is charged with maximizing the value of the team’s work. They maintain the Product Backlog and work closely with Technology Stakeholders, Customers, and the Business Owners to cultivate and nurture a community around the product.Responsibilities:

Meet with Stakeholders to understand the strategic vision for the ProductCollaborate with the Product Manager to define FeaturesBreak Features down to User Stories and prioritize the Product BacklogBe a conduit between the Scrum team and Business teamsDrive collaboration and coordination across business and technology throughout the development processCommunicate with stakeholders and manage their expectationsAssist the Scrum Team with creating Acceptance Criteria and defining the team’s “Definition of Ready” and “Definition of Done”Be available to the Scrum Team to answer questions about the Product and attend Scrum CeremoniesReview User Stories to ensure all defined Acceptance Criteria has been metShowcase the Scrum Team’s accomplishments and receive feedback at Demo & ReviewRepresent the Scrum Team and keep a pulse on the direction of the ProgramBe an advocate for the Scrum Team and explain their capabilities and limitations to set the team up for successContribute to the Digital Transformation by executing strategies that help the Risk and Compliance organization evolve into an industry-leading organizationContribute to the governance and production of the department’s executive-level dashboard, which includes key performance metricsEstablish productive working relationships with all stakeholders and ensure effective portfolio communications occurEnsure effective reporting of all products to enable stakeholders to make decisionsSupport budgeting and reporting activitiesWhat are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, program & project management, preferably within a financial services or related Fintech firm3+ years participating, developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams in an agile environment3+ years as a Product Owner working with Agile/ScrumStrong knowledge of JiraPreferred Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Product Owner and/or Professional Scrum Product Owner preferredBachelor's DegreeKnowledge of Aha!Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environmentPay Range:

$84,280-$126,420/year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.Why LPL?
