We are seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead and oversee the complex management and delivery of IT operations and sustainment support for the SIPRNet environment. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with stringent security and compliance standards.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the overall strategy for the SIPRNet environment, aligning with agency objectives. Provide leadership and direction to the project team. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards.Oversee customer support, IT asset management, CMDB and SMM compliance, SOP development, end-user training, DR/COOP support, workstation and server infrastructure management, storage infrastructure, SIPRNet token management, security operations, network infrastructure, fiber alarm management, and Readiness Systems support.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team. Ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards. Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.Oversee day-to-day operations of the SIPRNet environment. Manage IT assets, monitor system performance, and manage incidents and problems.Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations, including ATO/RMF requirements. Manage security operations and conduct security assessments.Build and lead a high-performing project team. Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Ensure effective communication and collaboration.Develop and manage the project budget. Track project expenditures and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree.PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR, ITIL 4 Foundation.Six (6) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency in a SIPRNet environment.Secret Clearance.Preferred:Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred.#LI-HybridAbout Us
