Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver asuperior customer experience, and perform daily job functions.Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures arefollowed.Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing,cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget.Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, andpetty cash.Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards.Monitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans orprograms to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence orreoccurrence of similar claims.Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.QualificationsSalary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 annuallyBenefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plansincluding medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts,long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401kand paid tWhat you needDemonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse group of teammembers.Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customerexperience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems.Prior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.Ability to react and...
