Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Program Manager position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Program Manager will join the Technology for Rights organization, focusing on understanding and advancing commitments to honor Indigenous peoples and meeting the needs of customers, government agencies, and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for fundamental rights, policies, people, and accessibility within the technology space.
In this role you will:
Research, publish, and maintain country specific reconciliation commitments in US and Canada and build action plan to address.Drive narratives and reporting that support the Field’s ability to compete on public sector and enterprise contracts.Collaborate with Indigenous experts on cultural sensitivity and appropriateness of initiatives.Work on inclusive design principles to embed Indigenous cultural norms and languages into products and services.

3+ years of experience as a Program Manager.Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.Experience working with and influencing senior executives.Experience driving engagement and partnerships.
