If you are passionate about inspiring, motivating, and leading teams, this opportunity could be for you!What will you be doing:The Market Development Manager will represent and advance IHCS’ interests in the provider market as the preferred partner through evaluation of viability and fit, strong negotiation skills, and execution of provider agreement strategies. The position will lead provider contracting, network development, provider relations, recruitment, and will support new business strategy and operations in new markets.What you need to succeed:Five years of hands-on network provider payor relations leadership experience.Proven work record of full cycle provider recruiting for payor relations.Three years of Health plan and Healthcare experience.Mid to large scale project management experience.Skills & Abilities:Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstrate accountability and dependability.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Communicates effectively verbal and in writing.
