Senior Project Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will provide highly responsive program and project management services in one of the firm’s core business lines. If you are passionate about project management and relate to OCMI’s core values, then we would like to hear from you!Responsibilities:Manage pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.Review plans and specifications for project knowledge and constructability.Review and maintain project control records, as-builts, RFIs, submittals, and files.Prepare project budget, maintain cost control information, identify cost impacts, and provide recommendations for cost control.Assist with client satisfaction program.Manage project scheduling options and senior scheduler.Maximize avoidance of delays, changes, and claims with proactive management.Participate in all project safety meetings.Manage contracting/procurement options by analyzing all contracting delivery methods per the public code.Actively involved in professional and community organizations.Assist in business development and proposal preparation.Manage a collaborative project environment for the best outcome of the project.Assist owner in the procurement of design professional and consultant services and administer contracts.Manage, direct, lead, and be accountable for all phases of the project.Ensure preparation and distribution of construction observation reports, progress status reports, schedules, pay applications, and cost control reports.Oversee orderly project closeout efforts, organization of project documentation, and coordination of warranty work.Requirements:A minimum of 10 years of combined experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, and/or Superintendent.Prior experience in data centers is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, M/E/P Engineering, or other relevant field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to manage challenging, multi-faceted projects.Well-versed in all construction industry delivery methods.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard software.Ability to successfully pass a thorough criminal background check.Comprehensive Benefits Package:Company-sponsored Medical/Dental/Vision and Life Insurance.401K Program with a Company Match.Paid Holidays/Sick Leave/Vacation Accrual.Company Team Building & Comradery Events.OCMI, Inc. is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
