Lead the development, management, and implementation of complex programs designed to deliver profitable growth, with direct responsibility for multimillion-dollar revenue targets.Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with high-value clients, focusing on long-term growth and market expansion.Oversee the identification of new market opportunities and manage cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Strategy Development & Implementation

Design and implement advanced market-based strategies, integrating comprehensive industry analysis and competitive intelligence to drive continuous growth in assigned market segments.Lead organizational commitment to strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across senior leadership and key stakeholders.Utilize sophisticated research and analytical techniques to identify new growth opportunities and guide product line and new product development strategies.

Profit & Price Management

Drive the evaluation and development of market segment margin improvement plans, with accountability for achieving specific financial metrics.Lead the management of pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability across diverse market segments.Oversee the development and implementation of cost reduction and profit improvement initiatives, working closely with finance and operations teams.

Functional Department Support

Provide leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution of Field Sales efforts.Engage with Engineering and Operations to set clear priorities, drive focused team efforts, and achieve "win new business" objectives.Champion process improvements across departments, promoting efficiency and innovation.

Lead & Develop Customer Relationships

Take a proactive role in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key customer decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted partner.Communicate Nidec's core technology and product capabilities effectively to customers, fostering a high level of technical understanding and trust.Develop insights into customer business plans, product line strategies, and technology requirements to inform strategic decisions.

Internal Business Process Support

Maintain and enhance a comprehensive growth program management process, with regular updates to senior management.Lead the preparation and presentation of annual Strategy Reviews for managed markets, demonstrating strategic insights and forward-thinking approaches.Provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts and contribute to the development of aggressive, yet attainable Financial Review forecasts.

Marketing Program Execution & Analytics

Lead the execution of comprehensive marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration across departments.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. Develop formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Budget & Target Management

Determine budgets and set financial targets for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Develop and manage pricing strategies for products and services, optimizing for market conditions and company objectives.
