ActionLink is seeking an enthusiastic Part Time Audio Sales Specialist who can bring the Sonos brand to life and make every customer interaction unforgettable!

Position Overview

This seasonal position represents our client, Sonos, showcasing their amazing audio products on weekends at the Best Buy store in Goleta. With a bold vision for the future of home sound, Sonos painstakingly invented the technology they needed to make it a reality.

If you are well-versed in consumer technology and can easily connect with people, this is your time to shine and make an impact!

Wage Range:

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience

Seasonal Weekend Warrior:

12 hours per week; 6 hour shifts on Saturdays & Sundays. This program is tentatively running through January 6, 2025 with a strong possibility of being extended into 2025.

Sales Bonuses:

Hit those targets and earn up to a 20% bonus!

Retention Bonus:

for program completion!

W2 Employment:

Biweekly pay with direct deposit - no fuss!

Paid Training:

Master Sonos products like a pro!

What you will do:

Serve as a dedicated brand influencer! Introduce Sonos to customers and promote their home theater sound technology.

Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.

Build relationships with store managers and associates: Create a positive impact and increase Sonos’ sales in assigned store.

Engage the customer: Interact through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.

Assist and train store personnel: Help them communicate Sonos information with confidence!

Put Sonos products in the spotlight: Displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor!

Keep the momentum going: Knock-out those call reports the same day as your store visit!

Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus!

Customer-focused: Wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

Show them what you know: Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.

Reliable ride! Must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location.

Physical stamina: Able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.

Tech-ready: Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
