Manage large-scale, complex installations of instrumentation, data management, integration, and pre-analytical solutionsLead cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet customer objectives and adhere to project timelinesConduct project implementation and status update meetings, manage tasks, facilitate issue resolution, and drive project timelinesDevelop client relationships and engage in business-level and technical conversations with hospital organizationsStrive to improve customers' implementation outcomes and report back to Leadership on influencing factorsWhat Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or related fieldProject Manager Professional (PMP) Certification or PMP eligible3 to 5 years of Project Management experienceSophisticated understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry and Laboratory Regulatory environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Project Management Tools, and healthcare IT applicationsPrimary language English and estimate 25% travelHow To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree or MBAExperience in Medical Technology and/or Medical DevicesProficiency with Smart Sheet Project management tool
