Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of telecom solutions in accordance with 3GPP standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and specifications.
Write, review, and maintain high-quality code in Golang, Java, and Python.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in telecom systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and design, with a focus on the telecom domain.
Strong experience with 3GPP standards and telecom protocols.
Proficiency in programming languages: Golang, Java, and Python.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based technologies and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
Understanding of network functions virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN).
