Job Responsibilities:
Lead/participate in meetings with the business owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in an Agile environment.Conduct gap analysis for current and future state of the system and identify gaps such as program functions, system requirements, and data conversion strategies.Develop business process flows, data models, and system design specifications and recommendations related to proposed solutions.Lead/participate in Agile practices such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demonstrations, and Sprint Retrospectives.Create and maintain functional deliverables including User Stories, system requirement documents, business process diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.Develop test cases/scripts, execute smoke, system, load, and browser testing, and support user acceptance testing and document results.Provide continual improvement process recommendations and implementation related to the customer experience.Assist with the implementation of new functionality, configurations, and enhancements as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong documentation skills.Strong hands-on experience with database query (SQL) and back-end testing.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience with Agile/Hybrid Agile methodologies.Experience working with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, identify, test, and implement solutions efficiently.Ability to work autonomously and independently.Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.Experience in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence.Experience in design tools such as SnagIt, Balsamiq, Miro, or other equivalents for mockup and wireframe creation.
Desired Qualifications:
Test automation (using Katalon, Selenium).Agile Scrum Master certificate.
