Wealth and Asset Management Industry Leader.Your role as an
Associate Partner
with extensive experience working in the
Wealth and Asset Management
field means being a key player to
lead and drive the development of the Financial Services practice in terms of :Deep Industry Expertise and Experience : Proven deep expertise in the wealth and asset management sector, including knowledge of key industry players, products, processes, and systems.Business Development : Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development. Drive challenging deal wins and sales growth by expanding networks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level key clients in the investment and technology sector.Engagement Leadership : Oversee our most complex client projects to deliver maximum value for the client.To be considered for this role:Solid foundations in
consulting skills with significant experience
in external client-facing consulting or equivalent roles within the
wealth and asset management sector.Proven track record of
selling consulting services
(account planning, pitching to clients, proposals, value proposition development).Solid network of contacts within
Financial Services.Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization,
experience in managing and leading teams , developing and coaching the wider consulting team.Proven
background leading Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility.Competitive salary and bonus scheme, income protection insurance, 5% company pension, private health and dental cover, life insurance, company share scheme, and additional flexible benefits.Travel and LocationEmployees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office/client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.Note:
