At Orchard, Team Leads partner with our customers to accomplish their real estate buying and selling goals in addition to coaching a team of 25-30 real estate agents to do the same. We provide high quality referrals, differentiated product offerings, and best-in-class training and support. This is an indepedent contractor (1099) role and is a commission-only position. There is a guaranteed stipend during the ramp period as well. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k+ per year.
