8 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities
Service customers' phone and email inquiries.Assist customers in navigating online platforms and all Treasury Management products utilizing the Bank's servicing tools such as emulation and co-browse.Maintain appropriate technical understanding of bank systems. Regularly attend trainings to support/expand knowledge base.Oversee the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process.Assess the impact, cost benefit, and risk of proposed changes.Coordinate the change planning and implementation process.Manage implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes.Maintain continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams.Consult on large scale and complex change management programs across the organization. Integrate change management process with other service management functions.Provide day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability of all systems.Skills
