The Operations Analyst Program is designed to attract undergraduates who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The Operations Analyst Program Insights Program is seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic & Latino, and/or Female students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. All undergraduate students who are interested in the Insights Program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.As a Summer Analyst in the Operations Analyst Program, you will start our 9-week program with comprehensive training to introduce you to our firm, our practices and our culture. After training, you will join the Operations function within one of our lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Consumer & Community Bank, Commercial & Investment Bank or Corporate Functions) to be fully ingrained within the team’s day-to-day activities and make a clear impact for the organization and our clients. You will make an impact in a specific Operations area, which could include Payments, Trading Services, Lending Services, Client Management, Employee Operations and many others. The goal is to assist you in building a long-term career in our Operations division and help with its continued growth.You will develop skills that will help you grow within the Operations organization and make increasing impact throughout the program. You should be excited to expand your knowledge in businesses and bank products along with making an impact in Operations while driving our business forward. In addition to on-the-job experience, you will have a community of other summer analysts, opportunity to attend social events, interact with senior leaders, learn new skills and more. This role is a pipeline to our full-time Operations Analyst Program; based on performance and successful completion of the 9-week internship, you may receive an offer of full-time employment.Your responsibilities will vary based on your location and team assignment. One or more of the responsibilities below align to the role you would have in the Operations Analyst Program.Job responsibilitiesAssist with the end-to-end management of the client onboarding experienceAct responsibly by processing and investigating client transactions for a variety of productsSupport Data Analytics and Reporting for operational functionsAnalyze reference data to help support tradingOptimize processes in collaboration with Technology teamsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsPursuing a B.A., B.S., B.B.A or 5th year M.A. or M.S., with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026All majors consideredGreat team player able to work in a dynamic and changing environmentDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verballyDetailed-oriented with strong critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skillsHave the ability to manage time, prioritize assignments and know when to seek help for optimal solutionProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)A well-rounded academic backgroundAbility to work within deadlinesAdapt to changing environmentsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scaleWhat’s Next?To be considered for the Operations Analyst Program, you must submit a complete and thoughtful application, which includes your resume, location preference, and Insights Program interest.
