Clinical Quality Review Associate
OVERVIEW
The Clinical Quality Review Associate is primarily responsible for conducting quality checks of Electronic Donor Records from organ doors to assess compliance with STA’s policies and procedures, government guidelines and laws.EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in health sciences preferred.Three years of experience in a medical record or quality assurance role preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records/procedures required.Knowledge of organ and tissue procurement and/or transplantation preferred.Experience with Q-Pulse and iTransplant preferred.Exceptional attention to detail.Must demonstrate effective analytical, interpersonal, and time management skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to provide accuracy in documentation.Excellent communication skills required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and to represent the organization publicly.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.Ability to cope with high levels of stress and able to handle a heavy workload.Ability to travel in light and commercial aircraft or drive his/her personal auto to meet all job duties and responsibilities. Current Driver’s license required.
