Qualifications
+4 years customer success management experience preferably in Fintech, Energy, shipping, or working for a data providerExperience working with large enterprise/strategic customers (100+ users and owned book value >$5M ARR)Outgoing, personable and a client-focused personAbility to articulate technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with programming languages such as Python or R would be beneficialEmpathic, listens and understands the customer’s needs through strong relationship buildingCapable of adapting to the needs of users in financial firms, ranging from banks to hedge funds and/or physical trading houses/energy majorsNot scared of getting into complex product and data related mattersGood understanding of the commodity marketsGood at prioritizingAnalytical, capable of finding patterns and understanding usage ‘best practices’Proactive, does not get easily demoralized and can be patientCan work autonomously but has a team spiritLikes improving processes and is good at knowledge transferThinks strategically and always keeps an eye on long term goalsBeing accessible and supportive to colleagues and clients with a friendly approach is essentialResponsibilities
Create data-driven stories that empower clients in their industriesHelp Kpler navigate markets successfullyAssist customers in achieving their goals by understanding users’ needs and having an outstanding knowledge of the Kpler offeringEngage with clients via email, phone, video calls, and face-to-face to assist with product usage, new features, and supportLiaise with Kpler’s other internal teams to serve clients effectivelyGenuinely care about clients and take ownership of projectsAt Kpler, we simplify global trade information and provide valuable insights.
