Operational Intelligence Analyst

As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Intelligence Analyst to enhance the security and efficiency of Air Force-related networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth intelligence analysis, developing strategic operational products, and supporting proactive defensive cyberspace operations.

Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Operational Intelligence Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Operational Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities Include:Research, analyze, and prepare intelligence briefs impacting Air Force-related networks.Manage and respond to requests for information and production requirements.Develop Operational Preparation of Environment (OPE) products.Provide cyber threat indications and warnings to support proactive defensive cyberspace operations.Act as a liaison to various subordinate units to ensure cohesive intelligence sharing.Assist in the development and participation in supported exercises.Update daily and weekly operational and strategic staff meeting slides.Interface with Task Management Tool (TMT) for effective task coordination.Perform intel-related administrative duties as needed.Act as an alternate for intel analysis support-related additional duties.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Operational Intelligence Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:Minimum of six years of experience supporting strategic and/or tactical intelligence support to cyber operations missions.Certification on at least one current national or service cyber weapon system/platform.An industry background in cyber operations or an IT/Computer Science degree is required.A commercial cyber certification (e.g., Sec+, SSCP, GIAC Security Essentials, SANS FOR578) is required if used as proof of experience and must be acquired prior to hiring.Experience with ELICSAR or similar Big Data Platforms.Proficient in OSINT research techniques and familiar with collection tools such as Recorded Future, Mandiant, and CrowdStrike.General knowledge of software and hardware vulnerabilities, including Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs).Ability to conduct vulnerability to threat correlation.General computer security knowledge and awareness.Understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.Familiarity with models representing the cyber-attack lifecycle.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
