AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon’s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC, Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Annapurna Labs, as part of AWS, is seeking a highly effective supply chain planner to control a semiconductor supply chain with multiple products in close collaboration with both internal and external cross-functional teams.

The responsibilities include:Production planning and management of material movements.Coordination with suppliers and support for engineering/pre-production builds.Communicating products’ status and open issues.Reporting available to promise and prioritizing demand.Interacting dynamically with both suppliers and internal teams.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, have high attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Candidates must have excellent analytical capabilities, be comfortable diving deep into data, raise the bar on delivering the right supply at the right time, and communicate clearly and effectively with key suppliers and internal constituents.

The ideal candidate is a person who actively participates with a strong curiosity to understand the business end-to-end and has a track record of using data to influence decision makers.

Key Job Responsibilities

Responsible for organizing and developing production plans to align with demand.Provide delivery commitments to internal and external customers and ensure timely delivery of products.Manage variables in the demand requirements, such as forecasts, strategic inventory allocations, and backlog consumption.Work with engineering and suppliers to understand BOM components; identify long lead time parts to ensure availability; coordinate additional and alternative sources for material and capacity to meet production volume and schedules.Provide loading plans and production releases to offshore subcontractors, monitor and ensure that the releases are executed timely and accurately.Plan, schedule, coordinate, track, and expedite material issues with wafer foundry, IC assembly and test houses, module contract manufacturers, and component suppliers.Maintain data reporting, charts, WIP and inventory reports, supply availability, shortage or excess lists as required.Work with various manufacturing partners to improve delivery performance.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.2+ years of supply chain experience.Bachelor's degree.Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.3+ years of driving process improvements experience.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
