Job Objective:Coordinates a variety of air quality compliance and monitoring programs.

Responsible for making sure programs adhere to Federal/State/Local rules and regulationsEssential Job Responsibilities:Coordinates and manages all the companies' Air Compliance programs including Green House Gas (GHG) and Federal NSPS JJJJ/ZZZZ/OOOO programsOversees emission monitoring programs and plansAssists the environmental department perform internal and regulatory agencies audits and inspections and response documentation for Air Compliance mattersCoordinates and develops environmental training programs for implementationAssists environmental department with air expertise and guidance in preparing and filing permits and permit modifications as neededAssists management with review and comments with regards to Federal and State rulemaking processesAssist with review and filing of all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports associated with Air ComplianceAssists environmental department with risk management programs surrounding the company's Environmental activitiesAssists in maintaining the company's environmental files and programsAssists in development and operation of an Environmental Compliance Management DatabaseAdheres to the company's values - integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovationSupports company vision and missionAdheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetingsOther Job Responsibilities:Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:Ten (10+) years minimum engineering and/or environmental oil and gas experience.Ability to accurately solve problems and exceptional proficiency in data management.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with specific ability to translate complex information into an organized and presentable manner.Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:Preferred: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Education Requirements:Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Environmental SciencePreferred: Master's Degree in Engineering or Environmental ScienceCertifications, Licenses, Registrations:CPEA, CEM, or REM
