It starts with YOU.This role reports to the Director of NA Towel & Wiper Value Stream and is responsible for the Professional Towel end-to-end Value Stream’s strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, cost, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle. The role acts as the principal partner to the KCP Towel GM and leadership team for supply chain and value stream opportunities, issues, and activities.In this role, you will:Value stream optimization

Lead supply chain strategy development in alignment with the NA Family Care ABU, NA Professional ABU, Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC), and NA Supply Chain organizations.Detail advantaged actions and initiatives, including the prioritization of VS process optimization and capital engineers, to drive consumer value and reduce cost.Orchestrate Value Stream teams to advance, innovate, and design the Intimate Care & Facial value stream.Work closely with business leaders and Supply Chain functional leaders to improve the overall VS.Develop and implement the NA Supply Chain multi-year sourcing and supply strategy to meet the needs of strategic business plans and unlock growth while ensuring business continuity and negotiation leverage.Maintain strong commercial partnership and understanding of customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected.Define and manage the definition of Target Value Stream Condition / Design and maintain plans to achieve.NA Business Integration

Partner closely with the NA Premium Bath, Value Bath & Facial Business team to develop and deliver the overall Strategic Business Plan and Annual Business Plan.Leadership for supply chain integration and connection to the NA Premium Bath, Value Bath, Facial business unit GM’s.Own NA Family Care Fuel to Grow (F2G) cost transformation to ensure in-year delivery and out-year pipeline development in alignment with the 4%-6% gross productivity target.Lead capital prioritization process across responsible Value Streams while maintaining capital efficiency.Act as a key player during strategic supplier top to tops to drive alignment on NA Intimate Care & Facial priorities.Goal setting and performance management

Drive critical KPIs to manage VS effectiveness, including cost, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction.Identify and mitigate risks within VS, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Lead the cross-functional Control Tower process to ensure consistent supply chain performance.Bring the outside in, ensure competitive understanding, industry benchmarks, and global internal capabilities.New product and process innovation

Provide supply chain leadership throughout the stage-gate innovation process to ensure delivery of the business value proposition and excellence in execution.Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap, understanding asset capabilities and needs, tied to the innovation roadmap, the asset strategy and process advancements.About You
