We are looking for leads who are available to both open or close.
We are looking for both part-time or full-time shift leads. Morning and evening shifts. Openers arrive at 6 am, closers leave between 11 pm and 1 am. We are open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays!

You must be able to master all the baker skills and, in turn, be able to teach new employees.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations.
Effectively instruct other employees on the shift.
Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Meet deadlines.
Maintain excellent customer service at all levels.
Shift Lead Requirements
Previous leadership experience preferred.
Notable communication skills.
An eye for detail and accuracy.
Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
A team player.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Computer literacy.
Proactive organizational skills.
Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
