Drive the execution of the Transformer business objectives among sales, marketing and business development teamsSet goals and KPIs for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals within targeted industry segmentsStrategically align our marketing strategy to focus on strategic accounts & sustainable growth segments through demand shapingEvaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies to achieve business targetsAnalyze market trends to assist in preparing forecasts and annual budgetsCommunicate and promote the value of our entire transformer portfolio products, systems and service solutionsWork with Product Management and Application Engineering to define product scope in alignment with customer needs and factory capabilitiesCollaborate across Front End Sales teams to support SFDC pipeline growth, quality and accuracyLead opportunity pipeline cadence calls with BDMs and Front End Sales teamsProvide market intel and competitive feedback into the business utilizing standard available sales toolsAttend conferences and industry events to identify market opportunities and trendsLiving Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the businessDescriptionOur Transformer business is currently seeking an experienced C&I (Construction & Industrial) Market Manager to lead a team of Business Development Managers in the fast-growing Construction & Industrial market segment. The transformer business is seeing unparalleled growth in demand across all industries including Data Centers, Renewable Energy, EV and Green Hydrogen.
