Job Description:

This essential role in Direct Sales involves high-touch interactions with our active members and non-members looking to purchase insurance. Strong listening skills are a must, as you will need to understand the reason for customer calls and provide the best experience while directing and transferring them to the appropriate area. In addition to handling inbound calls, you will assist with outbound campaign initiatives, appointment setting, and follow-up calls. This role supports our sales agents.

Essential Functions:Triage inbound sales calls to ensure proper routing, capture lead information in CRM, and deliver a positive customer experience while following all compliance guidelines, including proper use of scripts, authentication, PHI, and DNC business processes.Deliver a sustained, personalized outreach approach to quickly develop rapport and a trusting relationship with members through outbound campaigns.Assist with scheduling and callback of follow-up appointments.

Education Level:High school diploma or GED0-1 years related work experience

Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to make/take a high volume of calls daily, utilizing exceptional call skills with an emphasis on professionalism and first call resolution.Experience using computers, navigating among multiple systems and screens frequently, and possessing keyboarding and data entry skills.Experience listening and relating key information based on customer needs and our outbound campaign to apply appropriate responses and actions.Experience writing and communicating effectively across multiple channels, including telephone and email environments.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:Post high school education, including vocational, college, or related training within a structured schedule and work environment.Experience in a professional contact center or service advisor role for professional products or services.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required (25% needed).Experience utilizing SalesForce.com and Five 9 Telephony or related software applications.
