The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you do?

Collaborate with Client Relations, Operations, and Transformation teams to develop an understanding of needs and communicate findings.

Develop and lead new, innovative analyses which may include:

Dataset manipulation and transformation

Piloting of AI and machine learning analytical techniques and technologies

Transformation of static reporting into dynamic visualizations

Take ownership of project work associated with the rollout of the Customer Support Center and transition to Salesforce as a CRM tool.

Support efforts around Support Center Customer Adoption.

Identify efficiencies between internal departments to aid in successful rollout of the Customer Support Center and Salesforce transition.

Interpret and translate results, trends, and takeaways to team members, clients, and executive leadership with varying levels of subject matter knowledge.

Exhibit ownership and initiative in all aspects of the role, including, but not limited to:

Presenting to internal stakeholders

Anticipating needs from the business and effectively problem-solving

Identifying areas of opportunity within team and business and presenting creative solutions

Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, processes, and business strategies.

Remain current with technical and industry knowledge.

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus.

Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, Tableau, etc.).

2+ years related experience.

Proficiency with mathematics and statistical analysis preferred.

Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.

Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization.

Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager.

Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.

Ability to summarize and express information and ideas in a clear and organized manner.

Responds to non-standard requests; investigates with assistance from others as needed.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees.
