We are seeking an Apparel Product Developer with a deep understanding of the product development process. As a member of the Apparel Team, you will participate in developing and delivering products that support the company strategy. Additionally, the Apparel Product Developer is responsible for ensuring that our assortment meets aesthetic and product vision; construction and fit requirements; and costing and delivery requests. This role is remote eligible, but ideally looking for someone in the Los Angeles, CA area, and reports to the VP, Apparel.Responsibilities:

Develop apparel and accessories from concept to bulk production, ensuring they meet cost, quality, Breezy aesthetics, and MOQ requirements while adhering to the seasonal line plan.Negotiate with vendors on costing, timelines, minimums, and other product life cycle elements while fostering strong supplier relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing) to ensure product alignment with design intent, fit standards, and company margins.Oversee and monitor time and action calendars to ensure major milestones and deadlines are met for sampling, prototyping, and production.Manage sample tracking, approvals, and submits (e.g., artwork, trims, packaging), providing timely updates to internal teams on sample arrivals and progress.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Product Development, Business, Manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of product development experience is required and/or product management experience with an understanding of managing product from concept through completion.Knowledge of fabric/materials used in the production and manufacturing processes used to build products.Intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on Google/Google docs & Microsoft Excel.Aptitude for systems and systematic work.Must possess strong knowledge of costing, garment construction, and all pre-production coordination.What We Offer:
