Oversee day-to-day project operations, encompassing budget, safety program, and staffing, engage in overall project management with clients, owner's representatives, architects, and designers.Conduct contract reviews for both owners and subcontractors to mitigate risks.Perform estimating tasks, including scope review, take-offs, and collaboration with subcontractors and vendors for detailed pricing. Hand off to the purchasing team for contract execution once alignment with subcontractors is achieved.Develop and review project-specific logistic plans, establish and review project staff plans, and assess Roles and Responsibilities Matrix.Review project schedule, define scope of work and ensure coordination among trades each day.Monitor quality through the submittal and RFI process, preinstallation meetings, constraint logs, mock-ups, delivery inspections, progress photos, and closeout matrix.Review subcontractor invoices and collaborate with accounting for final submission to the owner for payment. Set up a closeout matrix, assign expectations to the engineer for the targeted date of completion, parameters of requirement, and owner expectations.Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss constraints, schedule, action items, coordination, and safety concerns.Education and Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation.Related Occupation:

Assistant Engineer/Field Engineer or any other job title performing the following job duties:Making requests to Owner and Designer/Consultants as required for obtaining various project documents that need to be relayed to the subcontractors. Ensuring construction on field is in accordance with the contract documents.Verifying dimensions indicated on drawings with the use of Bluebeam. Generating RFIs if further clarification is needed or if there are conflicting information.Tracking safety permit requirements of subcontractors depending on the day's activity.Coordinating with the Superintendent for documentations of DCR's. Compiling monthly subcontractor hours and submitting internally for safety tracking.Reviewing all work before it is finalized to verify accuracy and guarantee completion. Conducting a punch list walk with the Owner and Architect to ensure installations meet client expectations.Utilizing applications to set up drawings by their disciplines and ensuring all revisions are updated in a timely manner for trade's access. Using submittals/shop drawings in reference to the specifications to ensure all installations are sequenced and planned correctly.Assisting in the preparation of project as-builts by acknowledging earlier on when setting up Closeout Matrix.
