DescriptionNitsch Engineering is looking for a Structural Project Manager to join our team in one of our three Massachusetts offices in Boston, Lawrence, or Worcester!ResponsibilitiesReview projects for compliance with company policies and standardsConfer with the client and obtain timely decisions and approvals to ensure projects flow smoothlyPerform technical quality control reviewsDevelop new businessPrepare proposals and budgetsSupervise Structural Engineers and DesignersPerform structural analysis and prepare preliminary and final designsRequirementsBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural focusRegistration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts or ability to obtain MA PE within one year if licensed in another state10+ years within structural design, recent experience as a Project Manager preferredThorough familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural software such as STAAD, AASHTOWare bridge rating, and Bentley's Bridge DesignFamiliarity with building design codes and MassDOT's bridge design policies and guidelinesAbout UsNitsch Engineering is an employee-owned, mid-sized engineering firm providing land development and sustainable site solutions in our communities.
