Description:As part of the Enterprise Operations Supply Chain Contracts team at Lockheed Martin, you will play a crucial role in supporting global supply chain procurement professionals. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, revising, and negotiating various terms and conditions of contracts, working closely with corporate legal to resolve contractual issues, and serving as the main point of contact for internal customer teams. Beyond the exciting and compelling work, this is a fully remote role that falls under our 4/10 work schedule, you’re off EVERY Friday!

What You Will Be Doing:Contract Review and Negotiation:

You will review, revise, and assist in negotiating various terms and conditions of contracts, including Lockheed Martin CorpDocs, software licensing agreements, service agreements, subscriptions, proprietary information agreements, non-disclosure agreements, domestic and international contracts.Legal Support:

You will work under the guidance of corporate legal on resolving contractual issues and concerns, identifying areas of risk, providing rationale for concern, and drafting contract clauses.Customer Team Support:

You will serve as the main point of contact for one or more internal customer teams, providing support and assistance on regularly scheduled priority calls and on an ad hoc basis.Policy and Procedure Development:

You will assist in drafting policies, procedures, amendments, and unique contract provisions as may be required.Training:

You will develop and provide training to the internal customer base on an as-needed basis.Strategic Initiatives:

You will lead and support strategic initiatives.Procurement File Compliance Reviews:

You will perform procurement file compliance reviews on an as-needed basis during periods of high volume.

Who You Are:The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong background in contract management and negotiation. They should have experience in reviewing, revising, and negotiating various terms and conditions of contracts, including software licensing agreements, service agreements, subscriptions, proprietary information agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and domestic and international contracts. Strong legal acumen is necessary, with the ability to work under the guidance of corporate legal to resolve contractual issues and concerns, identify areas of risk, provide rationale for concern, and draft contract clauses.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).Proactive “self-starter” capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret and negotiate complex terms and mitigate contractual risk.Ability to effectively convey Lockheed Martin’s contractual positions to an internal and external audience.Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated initiative in managing a high volume of competing priorities in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), sound judgement, and tact.Exceptional Microsoft Office skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Desired Skills:Background in Aerospace and Defense industry.Knowledge of procurement compliance and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures.Comprehensive knowledge of Lockheed Martin CorpDocs.Background in negotiating general terms agreements, requirements contracts, software licensing, consulting agreements, construction terms, and international contracting.Process improvement experience.Proficiency in Confluence, Tableau, and other collaborative software applications.Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) is $86,700 - $166,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
