Join the team as the Plant Manager at a state-of-the-art RNG Gas Processing facility, where you will oversee and optimize the anaerobic digestion process to convert organic waste into renewable natural gas. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations, maintaining high standards, and driving continuous improvement at the cutting-edge facility.RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily operations of the dairy biogas processing plantEnsure efficient and safe plant operations, adhering to all relevant regulations and standardsSupervise and lead plant staff, including training and developmentOversee the gas compression, purification, and processing systems to ensure optimal biogas yield and qualityMonitor and adjust process parameters to maintain efficient productionMonitor and maintain equipment used in the biogas upgrading process, including compressors, scrubbers, and filtersDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs for plant equipmentConduct and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance activitiesEnforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with environmental and safety regulationsManage the plant budgetWork closely with the farm owner to align biogas production with farm operationsEnsure the plant's operations are environmentally sustainableKnowledge & SkillsBachelor's degree is preferred8+ years of relevant experiencePrior management experienceBiogas, RNG, Ethanol, O&G experienceGas compression/purification/processing experienceMechanical & Electrical aptitudeCMMS experienceBENEFITSGreat PayBonus OpportunitiesComprehensive Benefits PackageCareer Growth OpportunitiesPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysApply for immediate consideration!
