This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization while developing valuable skills and experience in the real estate industry.Responsibilities:Lead the strategic planning and execution of asset disposition, including real estate, vehicles, equipment, and other property, ensuring maximum value is achieved.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential buyers, determine optimal pricing, and develop effective sales strategies.Oversee the entire sales process from marketing to closing, coordinating with sales teams, brokers, and third-party agents.Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, agents, and other stakeholders, securing favorable outcomes for the company.Ensure all disposition-related documentation is accurate, completed in a timely manner, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.Work closely with internal teams such as finance, legal, and operations, to ensure a smooth and compliant disposition process.Prepare and present detailed reports on asset disposition activities, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market trends.Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the disposition process, implementing new tools and methods where appropriate.Monitor and manage budgets related to asset disposition, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.Maintain positive relationships with buyers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during or after the sales process.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to understand and adhere to contracts, government regulations, and professional guidelines.Experience in real estate, social media management, copywriting, delegation, course creation & management, and digital products.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective time management and deadline-focused.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently and professionally while also being a friendly team player.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Self-motivated, versatile, and highly organized, with acute attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.Ability to manage priorities and workload effectively to meet expectations and deadlines.Must have some real estate knowledge.Proactive time and deadline management, coupled with an obsession for details.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and use data to inform strategic decisions.Demonstrated proficiency in the relevant software tools, including CRM systems, real estate management software, and financial reporting tools.A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.
